The client partnered with Tridhya Tech to develop a comprehensive digital healthcare platform connecting patients, doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals, and delivery partners through a unified system. The project focused on improving healthcare accessibility and operational efficiency across multiple care touchpoints.
The solution includes online consultations, appointment booking, digital prescriptions, medicine delivery tracking, and lab coordination capabilities. The new platform enables streamlined healthcare access through a single integrated ecosystem.
Tridhya Tech developed a multi-role healthcare ecosystem featuring video consultation, digital prescription management, live delivery tracking, and laboratory report coordination to help the client deliver a more connected and accessible healthcare experience across Tanzania.
Patients had to interact with doctors, pharmacies, labs, and hospitals separately with no unified platform. Coordinating care across multiple providers required visiting physical facilities and managing paper-based records without digital integration.
Patients could not access doctors without visiting physical facilities. The lack of telehealth capabilities created barriers for patients in distant locations or with mobility constraints, limiting healthcare accessibility.
Prescriptions could not be shared electronically with pharmacies or stored for future reference. Manual handoffs created coordination delays and increased the risk of errors in medicine dispensing and record keeping.

Tridhya Tech developed a real-time video consultation and chat system for remote doctor-patient interactions, along with online appointment booking and scheduling. Secure OTP/email authentication and role-based access enable doctors to manage patients, consultations, and prescriptions through a dedicated dashboard.
The platform enables doctors to create and digitally share prescriptions with patients and pharmacies, reducing paperwork and coordination delays. Real-time medicine delivery tracking keeps patients, pharmacies, and administrators updated on order status.
Digital lab reports allow doctors and patients to access test results instantly, while centralized dashboards support user management, analytics, and operational monitoring. Push notifications provide timely updates for appointments, prescriptions, deliveries, and reports.
The platform brings video consultation, digital prescriptions, medicine delivery tracking, and laboratory report management together within a unified healthcare ecosystem.
The solution enables patients to access the full care cycle from one platform, consult doctors remotely through video calls and chat, receive prescriptions electronically, and track medicine delivery in real time. Doctors can manage patient records and consultations through dedicated interfaces, while laboratories share results digitally without physical delivery.
With multi-role architecture serving seven user types, multilingual support for regional expansion, and administrative dashboards for operational visibility, the platform provides a scalable foundation for delivering connected and accessible digital healthcare across Tanzania.
